I understand that by completing an application form, Monzi PTY LTD (the entity) may collect, use, hold, and disclose my information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which I have read and understood, and which includes matters required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Collection of Information

I consent to the entity collecting personal and credit information from me. I understand that if I do not provide all the requested information, the entity may be unable to provide its services. I also understand that if any of my personal information changes, such as residential address, phone number, or email address, it is my responsibility to advise the entity.

Use of Information

I consent to the entity using my information to provide referral and marketing services and for related purposes, including:

• Responding to customer service requests, updating personal information, and resolving disputes.

• Gathering information and statistical data to analyse and evaluate business functions.

• Complying with legal obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

• Developing and improving service offerings and business processes.

Disclosure of Information

I consent to the entity disclosing my personal information to provide referral and marketing services, and for related purposes, to:

• Credit providers, credit brokers, and service providers involved in the referral, assessment, or administration of my enquiry.

• The entity’s auditors, contractors, agents, insurers, financiers, and lawyers.

• Any other persons or entities to whom I have consented.

I understand my information may also be disclosed in other circumstances outlined in the entity’s Privacy Policy.

Exchange of Information with Other Providers

I understand that by consenting to the exchange of my information with credit providers, credit brokers, referrers, and other service providers, this information may be disclosed for a fee or otherwise used for purposes I have consented to, including offering me their products or services.

Promotion of Products and Services

I consent to being contacted by the entity or any third-party agents acting on its behalf for the promotion of products and services. This includes promotions of both the entity’s products and services, as well as those of its marketing partners. I understand I may withdraw my consent to receive promotional communications at any time.

Exchange of Information with Credit Reporting Bodies

I consent to the entity exchanging my personal and credit information with credit reporting bodies, including Equifax Pty Ltd (www.equifax.com.au, 13 8332) and Experian Australia Credit Services Pty Ltd (www.experian.com.au). I understand the entity may collect information about me from these bodies.

Electronic Communications

I consent to receive communications, information, and documents from the entity through electronic means, including:

• Credit applications, contract variations, assessments, offers, and related documents.

• Notices such as missed payment, default, final, settlement, and account statements.

• Marketing materials and promotions.

I understand that electronic communications may be sent via SMS or email, and I am responsible for maintaining their security. I may withdraw this consent at any time.

Commercial Electronic Messages

I understand that under the Spam Act 2003, the entity may not send commercial electronic messages unless I provide consent. I consent to receiving such messages via email, SMS, or fax.

Electronic Bank Statement Retrieval

By applying, I consent to the entity using electronic statement retrieval solutions (Proviso, Credit Sense, Credfin) to access my bank statements on a read-only basis for credit assessment purposes. I understand and agree that:

• I have read and accepted the provider’s terms and privacy policies.

• My credentials are encrypted and securely stored.

• Transaction data may include the previous 12 months from all available accounts.

• This consent may be used for future credit services by the entity.
